I’m Trevor Meikle, founder of Proxonyx. AI is changing how companies operate. The opportunity is bigger than giving employees another tool. Companies can automate repetitive work, analyze more information, make faster decisions, and scale without adding cost at the same rate. That is what I built Proxonyx to help companies do.
My work has centered on helping large organizations plan, make decisions, operate, and adopt new technology. That is the experience I bring to Proxonyx.
Experience with enterprise strategy, AI enablement, adoption, and execution in a large global technology environment.
FP&A, forecasting, planning, executive reporting, scenario analysis, resource allocation, and business decision support.
Cross-functional execution, business reviews, program management, and turning information into decisions and action.
Leadership, accountability, teamwork, and execution under pressure.
I founded and operated TFM Technology, an electronics manufacturing company with PCB fabrication in Hong Kong, SMT assembly in Indiana, and final assembly and installation in South Florida. It was an early lesson in coordinating technology, suppliers, operations, and customers across a distributed business.
Most companies can get access to AI. The harder part is figuring out where it actually helps. Where can it lower cost? What work can be automated? Where can better analysis improve a decision? What can the company do with AI that it could not do before?
My background is in finance, strategy, operations, and enterprise technology. I have spent much of my career working with large organizations, turning information into decisions and helping teams execute. Proxonyx brings that experience to AI: find practical applications, build the systems behind them, and put them to work.
Start with cost, scale, speed, quality, or the decision that needs to improve. Then decide how AI can help.
AI works better when it has the right data, workflow, controls, and human review around it. The model alone is not the solution.
The work should result in something the company can use: automation, better intelligence, a working system, or a clear plan.
My background spans enterprise technology, finance, strategy, operations, and military service. It gives me a practical view of where AI can improve work and where it cannot.
If you want to lower cost, automate work, scale a process, or build better intelligence with AI, describe what you are trying to do. A short note is enough to start.
